Working with Templates
Templates are the fastest way to create professional-looking designs in Bitgrain. They provide pre-configured layouts, typography, and color schemes that you can adapt to your needs.
Browsing Templates
You can access the Template library from two places:
- The Templates Page: Accessible from the main navigation. This lets you browse all available templates in a large grid.
- The Studio Sidebar: Click the Templates tab at the top of the left sidebar to see a quick-access list of designs.
Using a Template
When you click on a template, it will load into the Studio immediately. > [!WARNING] > Loading a template will replace everything currently on your canvas. If you have work you want to keep, make sure to save it as a project file first.
Customizing Templates
Templates are not static; every element can be modified:
- Swap Images: Click on an image layer in the template and use the Replace button in the properties panel to upload your own photo.
- Edit Text: Double-click any text to change it. The font styles are already set up to look good, but you can change them if you like.
- Rearrange: Feel free to move, resize, or delete any part of the template. It's just a starting point!
