Paws Forever Pet Adoption Certificate
US Letter landscape single page certificate on cream with terracotta and teal, set in Young Serif for the heading, pet name and values and Onest for labels; a big pet name leads the left column over adoption date, microchip number, shelter and two signature lines, while an arch topped photo slot on the right is pinned by a scalloped terracotta rosette seal with teal ribbon tails and a row of filled bezier paw prints walks along the bottom. Friendly, warm and tidy rather than cute, organised like an official record that a family would frame.
