Vazhayila Kerala Wedding Sadhya Menu
An A4 (1240x1754) wedding menu on kasavu cream with gold zari bands and kuthu diamonds at top and bottom, a large green Malayalam title സദ്യ over a Marcellus English title, and a vector banana leaf with midrib and veins, tip to the diner's left, carrying gold numbered markers for twenty dishes around a mound of matta rice. Traditional and instructive, it maps the serving order from salt, upperi and sharkara varatti through avial, thoran, sambar and payasam, with a two-column Malayalam and English legend set in Noto Serif Malayalam and Marcellus.
