Bitgrain has two tiers and neither of them is a subscription. The free tier is free forever, and Pro is a single payment covering ten years.
Unlimited exports, forever, at web resolution with a watermark. There is no export count, no credit meter and no trial clock. Every effect, every template and the whole studio are available on the free tier, including the video timeline.
Pro removes the watermark and unlocks full resolution export, SVG vector export, HDR stills, video export up to 4K, batch export across a whole shoot, and cloud sync between devices. It is a one time payment. There is no auto-renewal, no monthly fee and nothing to cancel.
The free tier is not a trial. There is no clock on it and no export count, and it does not lock any effect, template or surface behind an upgrade prompt. What it does is watermark the output and cap it at web resolution, which is enough to design a cover, share a draft, post to social, or work out whether the tool suits you before paying anything.
The things Pro unlocks are the ones that only matter once work leaves the screen: printing at full resolution, sending vector files to a plotter or a press, exporting video at delivery resolution, running a whole shoot through one chain, and keeping projects in sync across machines.
Payments run through Razorpay for customers in India and PayPal everywhere else. Bitgrain never sees or stores card details. If a licence does not apply to your account after payment, email the support address with the transaction reference and it will be applied manually.
