A five page US Letter planner on warm paper with a cover built from a 13 by 6 rota grid of colour coded shift squares (surgical green for day, deep navy for night, burnt orange for 24 hour call, putty for off), then a 13 block schedule table, a January month rota calendar with shift bars, a four week duty hours meter against an 80 hour limit and a procedure sign-off page with filled squares and drawn ticks, all set in Host Grotesk with Geist Mono labels. Clinical, calm and highly organised, with the same header, margin and colour code on every page so it reads like a well made hospital rota.
